and funds management for the commercial real estate industry in India. BHI is
a substantially capitalized entity that uses its own balance sheet and institutional
co-investment funds to make direct equity, mezzanine and senior debt investments in development and stabilized properties.
BHI will consider all property types (multifamily, commercial, hospitality, special-use)
as well as direct private equity investments in operating companies.
