Rockport PA LLC is a specialty software company owned by Richard Trepp. Mr. Trepp is also the founder of Trepp, LLC, the industry
standard provider of CMBS and commercial real estate information, analytics and technology to the investment management industry.
The Rockport System is an extensively-developed CMBS collateral database management and reporting system that provides a centralized data
warehouse for all aspects of commercial loan origination, pipeline tracking and reporting.
The system is a fully Internet-enabled enterprise solution which can be accessed globally though a standard Web browser. This
architecture streamlines the implementation process by eliminating the need for additional client specific hardware or IT support.
