Helix Financial believes that client service is a "worldwide effort". Each project team utilizes a US-based manager with in-depth domain knowledge who is responsible for the work flow and final product. The domestic management team handles client management, marketing, implementation and quality control. Team members in India provide leverage and scalability according to each client's work flow. We are organized by both client and discipline so that all Helix Financial associates are trained to provide specialized support for each client.
